In 2019, ADP wanted to shed the perception of being just a payroll company, and show that they understand work is about so much more than making money. It’s about pursuing a passion, providing for our loved ones, and making the world a better place. 

So, we hit the road to examine the underlying motivations of real ADP clients. Three time zones, five states and, 11 companies later – “What are you #WorkingFor?” was born.

ADP asks what people are working for.

We followed our anthemic trailer with two national 30-second television spots, where our featured clients told us what they’re working for.

Then, we took a look into a day in the life of select clients to tell a deeper story about what motivates them to keep pursuing their passions.
